NZMP Mozzarella is a low-moisture, low-salt pasta fillata (a fresh) cheese with a mild, buttery flavour and a smooth, almost plastic body.
It is produced from pasteurised part-skimmed cow's milk with starter cultures, enzymes and salt.
Our Mozzarella has been developed especially for use in the pizza restaurant trade, because it produces long stretchy filaments upon cooking.
Optimum functional and melt characteristics are controlled by exactly the right amount of ageing.

Our NZMP Cheddar is a semi-hard, rindless cheese, with a firm and smooth body.
The flavour varies depending on the age of the cheese, from mild and bland in young cheeses to stronger and sharper in the mature product.
NZMP Cheddar contains no artificial substances or additives, either in the cheese or on its surface. All ingredients are completely natural.

NZMP Parmesan is a hard, brine-salted cheese with a distinctive, piquant flavour.
It contains no artificial substances or additives, either in the cheese or on its surface.
All ingredients used to make our Parmesan are 100 per cent natural. The cheese is renowned for its uniformity, consistency, and stability.
